A Gothic Romance is a sad romance.
I wanted to create a character to bring out my love for Gothic literature and the expansive evolution of the vampire. I do enjoy the predatory nature of modern-day vampires, the feral ferocity depicted in films such as Dusk till Dawn or 30 Days of Night but I also enjoyed the 90's -Y2K vibes of Blade and Underworld. However, ultimately I wanted to incorporate a Gothic-Victorian romance vibe to it as well with inspiration from Bram-Stokers Dracula, Nosferatu, Shadow of a Vampire, and Interview with a Vampire.

Beatrice is a survivor of a vampire's offer of love gone wrong. Having refused the Vampire's offer of love and marriage. He had turned her out of spite. Beatrice learn how to survive initially through trial and error. Eventually finding more of her kind years later. Having traveled most of Europe and the America's she is very cultured, and decently wealthy, but somewhat jaded. Abilities & Weaknesses
There are tons of variants of Vampirism and Lore. I will oblige to the most popular creatalism lore. Dying and recieving Vampirism via blood.
Beatrice is considered a Master nearing Ancient Vampire.

Supernatural Speed, Strength, Smell and Sight.
Vampire Regeneration. (Can heal from almost all wounds.)
